J-NS Cooking Class お料理教室のご案内

お料理教室のご案内

日諾協会では、当地でご活躍のお料理の達人をお招きして現地調達の食材で和食をつくり、お昼食を皆様とご一緒する、お料理教室を開催することとなりました。
第一回は530日(月)10時から13時まで。於Røaの協会理事Cecilie Nilsen宅。

長年ご自身のブログ上でお料理をご紹介され世界中にフォローワーをお持ちのMelhoos理恵様を講師にお迎えします。定員先着10名様ですので、ご興味のある方はevent@j-ns.noへお料理教室ご参加希望の旨ご連絡ください。
参加費:日諾協会会員300Kr,非会員350Kr

Invitation to the 1st J-NS Cooking Class

We will be organizing Cooking Classes with leading Japanese food bloggers resident in Oslo to learn the art of Japanese cooking using local ingredients.
The First Class will be with Rie who has long had Bento and Food Blog site with followers all over the world.
WHEN: 30 May (Mon) 2016 10:00 - 13:00 (Cooking demonstration, participation and savoring lunch together)
WHERE: A residence of the Society Board Member Cecilie Nilsen with beautiful Japanese rooms and garden in Røa. The way to her home will be shared once your reservation is confirmed.
WHAT: Please see the proposed recipe below. 
FEE: 300 Kr for Members, 350 Kr for Non-members including lunch.
REGISTRATION: Please register at event@j-ns.no indicating your wish to participate in the cooking class. We only have limited space (10) and it would be on first-registered, first-reserved basis.

The proposed menu for the first cooking class is:

1)  Tartar of Norwegian salmon in Japanese way: Egg yolk and Pepperrot sauce
     ノルウェーサーモンの和風タルタル西洋わさびと黄身醤油
2)  Chicken "Marume Yaki"   鶏肉の丸め焼き
3)  Green beans with Walnuts Negi Miso  インゲンのくるみネギ味噌よごし
    (If anyone is allergic to nuts, it can be made without walnuts)
4) Tatami Onigiri Norwegian Style

For dessert, Rie will bring home-baked Japanese Chiffon Cake as there will not be enough time to bake this together. She will nevertheless share the recipe with us.  Water, Farris, Tea or Coffee will be served.
