10月のお料理教室のご案内 Invitation to J-NS October Cooking Class
 

日諾協会では、当地でご活躍のお料理の達人をお招きして現地調達の食材で和食をつくり、お昼食を皆様とご一緒するお料理教室を、定期的に開催しております。
10月のお料理教室は10月26日(水)10時から13時まで。於Frognerの協会メンバー兼お料理の達人秋田純子先生宅。
定員先着10名様ですので、ご興味のある方はevent@j-ns.noへ10月のお料理教室ご参加希望の旨ご連絡ください。
参加費:日諾協会会員300Kr,非会員350Kr

J-NS Cooking Class with Ms. Junko Akita, a leading Japanese food blogger resident in Oslo who has been conducting monthly cooking classes for the past three years, will be held as below. We will learn the art of Japanese cooking using local ingredients.

WHEN: 26 October (Wed) 2016 10:00 - 13:00 (Cooking demonstration, participation and savoring lunch together)
WHERE: Residence of Ms. Junko Akita in Frogner. The way to her home will be shared once your reservation is confirmed. 
WHAT: Please see the proposed recipe below. 
FEE: 300 Kr for Members, 350 Kr for Non-members including lunch.
REGISTRATION: Please register at event@j-ns.no indicating your wish to participate in the October cooking class. We only have limited space (10) and it would be on first-registered, first-reserved basis.

The proposed menu for the October cooking class is:
1. Mini-steak donburi with barley rice
ミニステーキ丼 大麦を混ぜたご飯で
2. Grilled salmon in foil with mushrooms 
サーモンのホイル焼き きのこを添えて
3. Miso-shigi — Japanese ratatouille with miso みそしぎ
4. Seasonal fruit and cucumber with sesame creamy sauce 季節の果物ときゅうりのごまクリームソース 
In addition, Junko sensei will be serving a surprise dessert. 
Water, Tea or Coffee will be served.
